Beloved Revery was created by a woman who cherishes memories and wanted to bring other people a little whimsy, a little beauty, and moments worth holding onto.
From dates and Bible study to family time, solo resets, and finally getting out of the group chat, I handle the setup so you can settle into the moment and leave with beautiful memories.

Before we come to you
A few details so you know exactly what to expect before you book.
No. You bring the food and drinks you want to enjoy. Your package includes the listed place settings, drinkware, cloth napkins, flameless candles and serving board, along with setup and cleanup.
We bring the setup to you across Denver and Aurora—a home, a private backyard, a patio, or an indoor living space. Public parks are coming soon, once park-approved tableware and permits are in place. Share your address and we confirm the setup fit and travel estimate before final payment. A travel fee is added for locations more than 30 minutes from downtown Denver.
We monitor the forecast before every gathering. If rain, lightning, high winds, poor air quality or another unsafe condition prevents setup, we will move your booking to a new available date and apply your payment to the rescheduled gathering. The umbrellas are designed for shade, not rain protection.
Beloved Revery does not provide or serve alcohol. At eligible Denver picnic sites, guests may bring beer, wine or champagne in non-glass containers; hard liquor, kegs and glass containers are not allowed. Aurora and private-property rules vary, so alcohol must be approved for the exact location before your booking is finalized.
Our standard launch capacity is eight guests. Requests for a larger group require a custom review and are not available through standard checkout.
Yes, as long as it is smoke-free and mess-free. We do not allow fireworks, smoke bombs, confetti cannons, loose glitter, powder, paint or balloon releases. Signs, ribbon pulls, contained reveal boxes and balloons that are collected afterward are welcome.
All candles are flameless. You still get the warm candlelit look without an open flame near the grass, linens, pillows or guests.
Each setup includes one oversized fringe umbrella when wind and site conditions allow. The gold display arch is available by request for selected add-ons, including Polaroids and custom signs. For safety, either item may be left out when wind or park rules make installation unsafe. Your booking confirmation will list exactly what will be installed.
