Terms & Conditions
Effective August 31, 2026 · Beloved Revery LLC, operating as Beloved Revery
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the styling, rental, and setup services provided by Beloved Revery LLC, operating as Beloved Revery (“Beloved Revery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), in Denver and Aurora, Colorado. By booking a gathering, submitting a deposit or payment, or using any of our equipment and furnishings, you (the “Client”) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and every guest in your party. Please read them fully before booking.
01 Our service
Beloved Revery provides styled outdoor gathering setups — tables, seating, place settings, décor, and related furnishings, delivered, arranged, and later collected by our team. We do not prepare, provide, serve, or handle food or beverages. Guests bring their own food, and alcohol is not served or supplied by us. All furnishings and décor remain the property of Beloved Revery at all times and are provided for use during your gathering only.
02 Booking & approval
- Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the desired date so we can review, approve, and prepare your setup.
- A date is not confirmed until we approve the request and your payment is received. Submitting a request does not reserve a date on its own.
- We may decline or adjust a request based on availability, weather, location suitability, or safety.
- For custom (non-park) locations, we review the site before confirming and may decline locations we determine to be unsuitable or unsafe.
03 Payment, deposits & balances
- You may pay in full at booking or reserve your date with a deposit, with the balance due before your gathering as shown at checkout.
- Add-ons and quoted items (such as live music) may be billed separately once confirmed.
- Prices are as displayed at the time of booking. Applicable taxes and any travel fees for custom locations are added where noted.
04 Cancellation & rescheduling
Once your date is approved and confirmed, payments are non-refundable. If you need to move your gathering, we will offer one reschedule when we have enough notice and availability. Reschedules are subject to open dates and may not always be possible on short notice.
05 Weather
We monitor the forecast before every gathering. If rain, lightning, high winds, poor air quality, extreme heat, or another unsafe condition prevents a safe setup, we will move your booking to a new available date and apply your payment to the rescheduled gathering. Our umbrellas are designed for shade, not rain protection. Outdoor gatherings involve natural conditions — sun, heat, wind, insects, uneven ground, and wildlife — that are outside our control.
06 Guest conduct & supervision
- The Client is responsible for the conduct of all guests, including any minors, throughout the gathering.
- Children must be supervised at all times around tables, seating, glassware, décor, arches, umbrellas, and fans.
- The Client is responsible for confirming any food allergies or dietary needs among guests. Because we do not handle food, we are not responsible for the food guests bring or its safety.
- Any permits, reservations, or venue rules required at a chosen location are the Client's responsibility to obtain and follow.
07 Care of our furnishings — damage, loss & replacement
Our furnishings are provided in good condition for your use and enjoyment. The Client agrees to use them with reasonable care and is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or soiling beyond normal cleaning that occurs while the items are in the Client's or guests' use, including but not limited to:
- tables, chairs, cushions, and seating;
- plates, flatware, drinkware, glass goblets, vases, and serving pieces;
- arches, umbrellas, signage, and easels;
- silk florals, silk roses, and décor;
- fans, chargers, and any powered equipment; and
- linens, rugs, and other styling elements.
Items that are damaged, broken, lost, or soiled beyond ordinary cleaning will be charged to the Client at full replacement cost, plus any related cleaning or repair fees. Glass goblets and glassware are fragile; please handle them with care. We will notify the Client of any such charges after the gathering.
08 Assumption of risk & release of liability
The Client understands and agrees that use of our furnishings and participation in an outdoor gathering involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, uneven or natural terrain, cuts or breakage from glassware or décor, contact with arches, umbrellas, or fans, sun and heat exposure, insects, and allergic reactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client, on behalf of themselves and all guests, voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees that Beloved Revery is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, harm, or property loss arising from the use of our tables, seating, plates, utensils, glassware, goblets, vases, arches, umbrellas, silk flowers, fans, or any other equipment or décor, except to the extent caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Client agrees to use all items as intended and at their own risk.
09 Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Beloved Revery and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from the Client's or guests' use of our furnishings, conduct during the gathering, breach of these Terms, or violation of any venue rules or laws.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beloved Revery's total liability for any claim relating to a gathering will not exceed the amount the Client paid to us for that gathering. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Photography & media
Capturing our work helps us share what we do and welcome new clients. Unless the Client tells us otherwise before the gathering, the Client grants Beloved Revery permission to take photos and video of the setup, the setup process, and the gathering, and to use that content for our portfolio, website, and social media.
We're mindful of your privacy. We won't put a camera in anyone's face or feature close-up images of guests unless you let us know you're comfortable with that. If you'd prefer we photograph only the setup and details — or nothing at all — just tell us before your date, or at any point during the gathering, and we'll honor it.
12 Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, public-safety orders, or venue closures. In such cases we will work with the Client to reschedule where possible.
13 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your booking applies to that gathering.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Colorado.
